With over 20 years of experience in financial and operational management across nonprofit and private sectors, Artan Toska brings a strategic and results-oriented approach to organizational leadership. He holds an MBA in Accounting and has completed advanced international training in financial management, social innovation, and leadership.
Since 2012, Artan has served as Finance Department Manager and Executive Team Leader at the Mary Ward Loreto Foundation, overseeing all financial operations, audits, HR, and donor compliance efforts. He also works remotely as Finance Officer for the RENATE Foundation, managing multi-country budgeting and financial reporting.
Artan’s expertise includes capacity building, policy development, audit coordination, and innovation management. Known for his analytical skills and cross-cultural competence, he is committed to strengthening transparency, sustainability, and impact in mission-driven organizations.
