Clinical Psychologist | Psychotherapist | Advocate for Mental Health and Social Empowerment
Since the beginning of 2025, Elda Ndoja has been part of the Mary Ward Loreto Foundation team, offering therapy services at the Advice and Service Center in Tirana. In this role, she provides psychological support to potential victims and survivors of human trafficking, helping them navigate trauma, regain a sense of safety, and begin the journey toward healing and reintegration.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tirana and is currently specializing in Gestalt Therapy at the EAPTI Gestalt Institute in Skopje.
Elda has worked extensively with refugees, survivors of human trafficking, and marginalized youth, offering psychological assessments, individual counseling, and trauma-informed interventions. Her integrative approach focuses on restoring dignity, emotional safety, and personal empowerment, especially among those facing social exclusion and violence.
She is also actively involved in outreach, mental health advocacy, and psychoeducation, aiming to reduce stigma and increase access to quality care.
