With over 15 years of experience in logistics, operations, and community engagement, Pjeter Tanushaj has played a vital role in supporting civil society initiatives in Albania. He joined the Mary Ward Loreto Foundation in 2013, where he has since served as Logistics and Events Manager, Executive Team Member, and currently as Operations and Human Resources Coordinator.
Pjeter brings a dynamic background that blends operational excellence with a passion for social impact. He has organized national and international events, training sessions, and strategic meetings focused on anti-trafficking, youth empowerment, and organizational development. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and specialized training in event management, leadership, and safeguarding, Pjeter combines practical know-how with a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
His earlier work includes leadership roles at SHKEJ and a strong foundation in youth animation at Don Bosco Social Centre. Fluent in English and Italian, Pjeter is known for his adaptability, team spirit, and dedication to building strong, mission-driven organizations.
