Employment Specialist | Vocational Training Facilitator | Community Development Advocate
Ilirjan Lleshi is a social work professional dedicated to employment support and vocational training in northern Albania. Originally from Pukë, he holds a degree in Social Work from the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” (2009), and earned his Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tirana in 2012.
Since 2010, Ilirjan has served as a specialist and counselor for employment and professional training, working with individuals and diverse age groups to promote skills development and labor market inclusion. In 2015, he began his collaboration with the Mary Ward Loreto Foundation, where he serves as a coordinator and trainer on employment and vocational programs in Pukë and Fushë-Arrëz.
His work focuses on empowering local communities through practical support, capacity building, and long-term pathways to economic independence.
